Introduction

Employers of all sizes and industries can benefit by joining the US Wellness Chamber of Commerce and receiving a complimentary wellness program designed to improve the health of your workforce while reducing your costs through reduced claims, improved productivity, and reduced absenteeism. Nationally, employers are reconsidering their responsibility in funding wellness initiatives. Without any investment on your behalf, we are able to provide a comprehensive program incuding:

On-site Health Fair / Wellness Launch including

Bio-metric collection, i.e., weight, body fat percentage, blood pressure, etc., and
Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) gathering information about nutrition, stress, exercise, personal health history, family health history, etc.

One-on-one consultations for all employees who complete the HRA with a local Health Coach who will take the time to review results, answer questions, and discuss the next steps.
Monthly on-site Wellness Workshops covering important topics such as Stress Reduction, Diabetes Prevention, Improved Nutrition, Weight Management, etc.
